Anonymous asked: For the anon asking about cramps. I get terrible cramps to the point that I can't walk. As it turned out I have endometriosis, obviously your problem might be much more simple than that but if it's causing you lots of pain and problems it might be worth going to the doctor.

Anonymous asked: For that other anon, I had really bad/painful cramps too and my doctor said it was because I was low on calcium. I've been taking more calcium (mainly getting it from foods, not pills.) and that seemed to help a lot!
